Local Estate Agents, Gibbins Richards, who have offices in Taunton, Bridgwater and Wellington, are delighted to announce a “handing over the baton” at their three sales offices.
Ben Grant and Nick Girone-Maddocks have recently purchased the 3 residential sales offices from previous directors Mark Gibbins, Marc Richards and Simon Evans. Gibbins Richards was established in 1991 and continues to be one of the most successful independent estate agency businesses in the area with a strong and trusted reputation within the industry.
Whilst still very much involved in the Lettings side of the business, Mark, Marc and Simon have stepped away from the front line of the Estate Agency but remain involved as Consultants for The Estate Agency Business.
New owners, Ben and Nick both live locally and are already well respected and popular Estate Agents with approx. 50 combined years in the industry. Ben has worked for Gibbins Richards for the past 17 years, most recently managing the Bridgwater office. Nick has been at the company for in excess of 10 years and managed the Wellington branch.
Original founding partner, Mark Gibbins commented, “we have all reached a time in our lives when we want to step back from the front line of the business. We are confident that we can continue our success going forward and maintain our position as the Estate Agent of choice in Bridgwater, Taunton and Wellington.”
Ben added, “We are proud to employ 24 happy staff across our 3 offices, and we are looking forward to building new relationships with other businesses and organisations in the area. One of our first projects has been to be a major sponsor for the new Taunton Independent Market on Castle Green, the first of which was a huge success”.
